As a part of the Kindness initiative, the students created multi media artwork based on work by Jim Dine.
Today one of the literacy groups read a book about kindness and then recalled all of the ways the story showed kindness and wrote about it in their journal.
The Zoo group was asked the question, "Why do we have zoos?". The students came up with many reasons why zoos exist and what they like to do when they go to the zoo.
The Glenbow Museum group looked at artifacts and sketched mystery objects. The students described the objects they were studying.
Here is an updated version of the Open Minds sign up. There was an error on one of the Glenbow Museum dates. Thank you for fixing this, Ashely!
