The first group of the Kindness Pod went to Open Minds today. Ms. Low set off first thing this morning to the Glenbow Museum. The kids came back really excited and had many great things to share - the highlight seemed to be an airplane and the news that they get to go behind the scenes later in the week.

The students left at school enjoyed blocks of literacy (reading, writing, story telling) and math (we are starting 2D and 3D shapes). Gym this week is the start of gymnastics. We also spent time talking about the Nursery Rhyme books we are making for our Roots of Empathy babies.

We look forward to working with our Open Minds groups this week.
